Enjoy total privacy in this wooded scene looking out over the neighbors cattle as well deer and turkey. Sitting on Bear Creek which is spring fed and a kayak is available to explore the creek for a small fee. Fire pit and Weber grill help round out your evenings pleasures. Grocery store, gas station, restaurants, and shopping are all within 10 minutes. Outside electric included.

The Tranquil Treehouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature by the lake! The large deck is a great place to read a book, grill out or enjoy a morning cup of coffee! Even rainy days are peaceful at the treehouse due to the natural lullaby of the rain on the red tin roof. This is a one of a kind luxury treehouse that sits 20' in the air just a stone throw from the beautiful Sayersbrook lake on Spring Lake Ranch. The guests will sleep in a loft which has a California king-- you will be able to see the stars above you and the beautiful nature and lake in front of you from your bed. Private hot tub on the lower deck. There are stairs to climb so this is not suitable for small children or anyone who has medical issues with climbing a ladder to the lofted bedroom.
