Renovated old farmhouse on 2 floors: great calm, all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges at 10min, Beaune at 15min, highway at 10min. Ideal starting point for visiting the vineyards. In the courtyard of 2 apartments, fully equipped studio by the canal to recharge your batteries by going fishing or a walk on the EV6, bike room, fenced courtyard. When booking, please let me know if I accept pets as the courtyard is shared and there may be other dogs. Shared washing machine, microwave, fridge, gas stove, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, coffee, tea and sugar are at your disposal. Bath towels, shower gel, bed linen provided.
