Au 3eme et dernier étage d’un immeuble typique. Super calme. Grande chambre (clim) et grand salon (wifi, tv, Netflix compris) Joli balcon avec la tête dans les arbres l’été, la vue sur les toits de Marseille l’hiver. 20 min à pied du vieux port, 10 min à pied du cours Julien, du Parc Longchamps, de la gare St Charles. - 5/10 min à pied : supermarché, marché, boulangerie, bar, restau … Un lit bébé sur place. C’est un appartement dans lequel nous vivons, il y’a nos effets personnels.

charming appartment with a great view and parking

The flat is within walking distance from the Gare St. Charles. There is a double bed and a single bed for another person on the veranda or in the living room. The kitchen is fully furnished. I believe in quality, so no Ikea stuff. the beds are comfortable. But the best thing about the apartement: the big roof terrace on the 9th (and top) floor, the view from there and from the living room over the city is unbeatable. There is a protected parking lot in the building next door.

Located right next to La Plaine and Cours Julien, a 10-minute walk to Marseille Saint-Charles train station and the old port, our apartment overlooks Marseille, bathed in light all day. The sun rises on the hillside, on our long balcony, where it is pleasant to have breakfast. You can watch it set from the kitchen, on the sea side. The balcony is accessible by one of the two bedrooms, and by the living room, composed of a lounge area and a large table for dining.
