Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Palese, Bari

I chose the town as a base to visit the beauties around. Altamura offers in itself a fantastic historic center and many interesting opportunities... our initial destination was Matera, which is about 15 km away and very easy to reach and then visit Alberobello and other beautiful places. I definitely recommend this location if you want to stay at home in tranquility, then the large terrace !! Really ok!!

The location is convenient, close to the city center, the apartment is spacious and clean. Michele was very helpful and communicate promptly.

We stayed at Nicola's place for a week. He is a very good host. Our flight arrived at 8am. It was easy to leave your luggage and change before the apartment was ready for the next guests. We appreciate it because it's not always possible. Nicola greeted us with wine and local snacks. There was everything you need in the mix (including coffee, sugar, salt, pepper ... and 4 bottles of beer in the fridge). A comfortable bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. Soap, toilet paper, towels, hair dryer provided....... Bedrooms with comfortable beds. The only downside is the noise from the street, you have to sleep with the balcony door closed. On the other hand, this compensates for the distance from the city center - 15min walk. The building is renovated, the staircase is well-maintained. We felt safe here. We highly recommend Nicola's apartment. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice place, clean, spacious. very big balcony with nice sea view. you can acces the sea( rocky shore )through a door in the backyard.

The house was super cute and wonderful. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived he brought as to the grocery store without us having to ask. He also brought us to the train station. He was always kind, easy to talk to, and attentive. Great stay.

Our stay in Poliagnano a mare was amazing. Annamaria was a fantastic host and our accomodations was homely, clean and perfectly located. This accomodation was perfect for 3. I will be staying here again !!

Great communication with the owner. Responded very quick. Valeria welcomed us upon arrivals . The place was in perfect t peaceful place in very short distance to the town. Nice cosy and clean house with massive garden and amazing views to the seaside. Sunrise like this is a dream! Highly recommend. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Valeria!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

“Terra a Cielo” was a great place, a real home away. It became our refuge as we both became sick and the terrace became our saviour from which we could enjoy Bari’s harbour and a bit of sun. The stairs keep you fit :) and the kitchen had everything you need- we cooked every night (Senza glutine proofed difficult) ! There were a few herbs, spices oil and vinegar, and we left some things as well. Bed was comfortable and everything was more spacey than it looked on the pictures. There is a little bar around the corner- 50m max with fabulous local wine and food which we enjoyed. Great spot - and we can highly recommend it!!

Francesca's cottage was a fantastic place for our family to stay a few nights. Francesca is a very nice host, who was easily accessible for consultation, and was waiting for us at the agreed time. The area is very quiet, among the olive groves and vineyards. It is very special to sleep in a traditional trullo, the cottage was really nice, and big enough for our family (with 3 girls aged 10, 12 and 14). The beds were very pleasant to sleep in. The tap water is not drinkable. Because it is not in a city or village, everything has to be done by car.

I had a wonderful time in Sandra's apartment. The garden is splendid, I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it to the fullest. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, even a huge private parking! I highly recommend for those who want to get away from Bari and find tranquility.

This apartment is in a prime walkable location. It’s right on Main Street and it’s also quiet and tucked away in a sweet garden. It’s the best of both worlds. Claudia was immediately helpful with check in and provided a lot of great recommendations. I would love to come back! Thank you, Claudia!

Wonderful welcome, kindness and availability. The apartment is very nice, more than it appears in the photos. We had a great time and really recommend it!

An Oasis in the heart of Conversano near the old town and restaurants/cafes. Property a gem, aircon, our own BBQ in a private courtyard (we had a unit at the back), gas stove, good appliances, plenty of crockery & cutlery. Federica looked after us (Giuseppe's daughter), she was a fantastic, provided new towels after 3 nights, extra coffee and always on hand. Free pool towels. Beds comfy, bathrooms with all amenities and a decent size. Plenty of well priced supermarkets available, Discover the artisan gelateria in the old town, the owner is in his 70's + and done it all his life. Yummy. The pool, ah look at the photos, even spa beds built in each side. Gardens beautiful. Oh and peaceful, no noise. Why Conversano? Not a tourist town but central to all the well known locations of Puglia by car. We were two older couples and stayed for 6 nights, would we come back, definitely. Thank you Federica.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in these new apartments and we can say that it was a really excellent experience. The spaces are modern and very well cared for, with a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need to cook like at home. We really appreciated the availability of a washer and dryer, which were freely usable. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained, an aspect that impressed us positively right away. The terrace and front garden are really lovely, decorated with care and taste, a great place to relax. There are several parking options, which was very convenient, and the location is super central. Within walking distance are restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets, making everything easily accessible. A special thank you goes to Marta and Enzo, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

A beautifully renovated apartment in a large old building..: communication went very smoothly... the were already allowed to bring our luggage before check-in time. Very nice. Within walking distance of downtown.

We had a great stay at Graziana’s place - perfect for a quick trip to Bari! Right next to the train station and bus stop, making our day trip to Matera and check in / out super convenient! 20 min walking distance to Bari vecchia. The place was super clean and had so many wonderful touches from the host, including a digital camera that we were able to take around on our travels and receive a link with all our photos afterwards! The balcony overlooking the park (and the park’s cat colony!) was lovely as well. Definitely recommend.
