the property is perfect the restaurant of the complex is in very bad conditions in its furniture a malicima precise attention we charge and collect taxes and do not give tax vouchers although they charge you the taxes, the picina lacks maintenance

We had a slight inconvenience with the water heater not functioning. After a few days it was resolved. The host was responsive and provided me an extra day for the inconvenience. Overall the place is nice and the host made it right.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. But you definitely need a car to do something! we were very private and were always well supported by an on-site employee.

This place surprised me and my family. We don't expect to find such a comfortable place with the beach in front of the house. We all had a great time. The attention of the people who take care of the place is 1A very pleased. Thank you for the nice experience!

Home is located very close to Palenque beach. It is under 10 mins walking to get to the beach and/or local restaurants. The home is very cozy with comfy beds and ACs. Host is extremely attentive and responsible.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The attention to detail—from the comfy bed to the well-stocked kitchen—really made it feel like a home away from home. Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

The Place: 1 minute from a private beach. The staff at the clubhouse was great as was the food. Security was great and is in safe location. I run 10km daily in the area without problems, but the best part was working with Omar and his wife..because of curfew in RD now the supermarket closed the day we came, but Omar's wife saved the day and drove us to the supermarket..is a great place and area to experience RD life...and also is fresh fish just a 2 minutes drive down the road....any problems you have Omar will solve...

Beautiful, clean, secure home. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer worked well. Felt at home. No water when first arrived but host was responsive and issue wax resolved quickly. No water issues the rest of the week. Would recommend and would stay again.
