Agata di Militello, located in the community of Torrenova, lies the "Casa Grande" di Santo Pietro estate on approximately 50 hectares of land. The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Relish total immersion in nature, with coastal walks among the olive and citrus trees. Swim in the sea daily, with Torrenova beach a walk or drive away. The villa is well positioned to explore Palermo, Cefalù, Etna volcano, and Sicily's other gems. Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

Casa Ianchedda, sospesi tra mare e cielo

Alicudi, Isole Eolie, Antica casa contadina su isola ancora selvaggia, arredata con mobilio dell'isola, restauro conservativo. Isola non ha macchine, solo muli portano bagagli e spesa, la casa è a duecento metri di altezza sul mare. raggiungibile solo a piedi per le mulattiere a scale( 20\30 minuti a piedi). Un isola arcaica in cui la natura è sovrana, tempi lenti a cui connettersi. Senza luce nelle strade solo stelle e luna. Per questo il minimo soggiorno, in casa, è sei notti.

Potrete usufruire di una grande veranda a livello arredata, con una splendida vista sul mare. Bellissima la Terrazza panoramica dotata di lettini prendi sole. E' possibile raggiungere il mare a piedi in pochi minuti tramite una strada privata, gli scogli hanno creato una "Piscina" naturale ove è possibile fare il bagno a qualsiasi ora. Dalla casa è possibile anche raggiungere in pochi minuti, a piedi o a nuoto, una bellissima spiaggia.

La Chiara è una delle due case che fanno parte di Villa Belvedere. Si trova a Monte Galina, una collina che sovrasta il Castello di Lipari e Porto Pignataro, tanto che sembrerebbe quasi di toccarli. La casa è vicina alla stradina che porta alla spiaggia di Valle Muria, circa 600 metri ed è una delle spiagge più belle di Lipari.
