The house is an early 1900s trullo, completely renovated, equipped with heating and air conditioning, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with nightstands, reading lamps and a wardrobe. In the living room, equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster and espresso coffee machine, there is a sofa bed; it is possible to cook and dine at a table for 4 people. No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.
