Beautiful Ranch on the banks of the Paraná River, residential with access to the river, 18 km from the city center. An ideal family environment for rest and leisure. Contains 3 bedrooms, including 2 en-suites, all with air-conditioning, bedding, a kitchen with all appliances, a large living room, a gourmet area, a refrigerator with a glass door, a freezer, a pool table, a barbecue, a swimming pool with a children's area, a shower, an electronic gate, and Wi-Fi. I do not provide towels, blankets, or a bed sheet.
