Waterfront vacation rentals in Papamoa

What a relaxing beachfront getaway. Completely worth it. The sound of the waves at night was so relaxing. Walkable to a couple restaurants and shops. Fantastic location, lovely host.

The unit was as per the photos, had everything we required for a lovely break away from home especially the coffee machine. Although in a busy area it was not overly noisy, very handy to both beaches, cafes and the Hot Pools. Great to have off street parking in a secure area. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, couldn’t be closer to the beach than this. Stunning sunrises, beautiful beach great for swimming. Quiet setting, walk easily to dairy and takeaways, short drive to larger shopping centre. The house has comfy beds and all the kitchen equipment you might need. Plenty of space throughout. Responsive helpful host and outstanding value for money. This place is on our favourites list, thanks Caroline!

We had a two night stay in this BEAUTIFUL apartment. Unfortunately there was a cyclone and the weather was horrible but the apartment meant that my 3 children had plenty of space to play. The view over the beach and watching the storm was actually really cool as this apartment has an amazing panorama. Would highly highly recommend this place and we will hopefully get to come back (without cyclone next time). Thanks to our host for an awesome stay and easy check-in/out.

We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. The elevator to all floors was very handy.

Lovely stay, clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Our fur baby was also welcome which we appreciated a lot! You’re right near private access to the beautiful papamoa beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us :)

This was my second stay and Suzet & Fred's place, and probably not the last :) It is such a peaceful spot and has all the amenities you need. I was able to stay and work from home for one of the days I was there and it was so handy using their spare screen to connect to my laptop, it was a perfect working space. Suzet & Fred are an absolute delight, it makes you feel like you are staying with family. Would definitely recommend!

Such an amazing property. Beautifully furnished and great location. Perfect for kids thanks to the trampoline, spa and space. Gym/garage is an extra perk. Want to stay again

Such a beautiful spot to stay. We loved having access to the kayaks for high tide. The morning sunrises were amazing. The house itself was spacious with lots of different spaces to be in and a well stocked kitchen.

WOW, Julie the host was incredible :):). From the get-go she was super responsive, friendly and so patient while we worked through the details of our long stay. She went the extra mile with regular check-ins, cleaner arranged and was very supportive to our colleagues needs. Would highly recommend Julie. Oh! and the property is exactly as described, neat and tidy and homely.

It was a heaven. Everything was perfect. Sur was a nicest person that I ever met through air BnB. I thoroughly recommend this place if you wanna have be ever relax.

The location is perfect for watching the activity on the water. It's a very short stroll to the shops, bars and restaurants. You also have the afternoon and evening sun. Everything inside that we needed and plenty room for us to spread out. Great communication from Beyonder too. So all round we were very happy with our stay.

This place is sooo good!!! The view - incredible. The host is so kind. The Hot tub/pool is very much needed after a long day. This is one of the best places we have stayed for air bnb, and we highly recommend booking here!

We loved our stay. Great for families and small group. The location was perfect. Walked right to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Jayde was an amazing host. Great communication, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we'd stay again.
