Very comfortable and clean apartment. The building is very quiet and the friendliness of the doorkeepers is to stand out. Located in a very quiet area with several options as well as for breakfast, lunch and dinner, such as Café de Acá and Paseo La Cuadrita. Point aside the excellent will of their hosts, María Marta and Juan always attentive at all times to make the experience the best. We recommend it 100%. We would definitely come back.

Martin and Eri were very friendly and attentive, I had inconveniences with the flight and check-in was later than expected, but they knew how to understand and receive amicably and with many recommendations and guides about the neighborhood, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, it also has a barbecue and pool which we could use as well as the grill, I would definitely stay again if I return to Asunción

Everything went smoothly. At the reception we got the necessary information and in a few minutes the car was on the parking level and we were in the apartment. You feel absolutely safe in Villa Morro and can reach everything on foot or of course by bolt. Perfect stay in Asuncion. I would be happy to come back.

Good area, with a Biggie nearby (24-hour convenience store) The stay was normal, as expected. No problems. The highlight was the communication; at all times Ruben and his team were in contact with me. I knew I'd get a quick response if anything went wrong.

Nice and cozy! Maria gave us clear instructions for check-in. Being able to use the gazebo and grill is an additional payment, but they provide all the utensils. So you don't need to bring them from the room.

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at Hugo's place again
