Great stay, we were greeted with treats made available by the hostess, a wonderful and flawless apartment of clean, with all the necessary house utensils available for use. Claudia is super friendly and attentive, helped us promptly in an intercurrence that we had, I certainly recommend to everyone who wants to stay in Ubatuba near the center, as the apt is in a good location, close to pharmacies, restaurants, petshops, markets, etc. Nearby also to visit other beaches (by car). Note 10, no doubt we will return!

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

The house matches the listing. Very well decorated and equipped. Located a few meters from the beach, on a quiet street. The landscape is beautiful and Bruno was very kind and attentive, always helpful.

Excellent, as advertised! I traveled with my family (parents and brother) and felt at home. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, with quality bedding and bathing. The mattresses are also very good, the impeccable cleaning and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The condominium is a charm and Gaspar was extremely cordial and fast every time I sent a message. I will definitely stay at this ap other times!

Amazing experience! Mr. Enrique was super attentive of the beginning since booking at the end of the stay. Casa super cozy, clean, organized, and very well declared. We were able to rest a lot, enjoying the wonderful view. We will definitely return!
