It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

On the ground floor is the loft-like living room with built-in kitchen and large dining table as well as a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms and 6 terraces. In the basement there is a shower cabin, toilet, bar and another living room. The garden includes a swimming pool, a gazebo and a barbecue area.

It is located 5 minutes walk on foot from the center of the village and 2 minutes from the sea.
