A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Dimitra's House

-A very convenient house right on the seafront with incredible views and direct access to the sea. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

Exclusive vacation home, stylish and modernly furnished for comfortable living for the whole family and friends. On the ground floor is the loft-like living room with built-in kitchen and large dining table as well as a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms and 6 terraces. In the basement there is a shower cabin, toilet, bar and another living room. The garden includes a swimming pool, a pavilion and a barbecue area

The spectacular sea view of the house is the best part of it. There is a big balcony in front of the house and one at the side of the house, where you can rest and relax under the olives trees and enjoy the sea view. The place is a traditional & picturesque village house in a quiet area that is near the sea, beach bars & restaurants. It is located 5 minutes walk on foot from the center of the village and 2 minutes from the sea.
