I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Clean place, nice view from the veranda and so many nearby convenience stores, malls and food places. We went to Ado's Hibana Concert in Manila and it only took around 10 minutes of walking to reach the place. The amenities listed were all available. We had to contact the host for the hair dryer though but it was resolved eventually. Also the host is very friendly so you can ask them if you need help with anything regarding your booking.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

Good place, clean and complete place to relax with the place even had hair dryer, rubber slippers, iron and ironing rack so that you can iron your clothes properly, also an electric washing machine. It has everything you need and the host is so accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much! We really had fun staying at your place. 🥰

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Far listing lovely property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the greenbelt, landmark, glorietta. I loved being able to explore the area easily and found some fantastic local restaurants thanks to Far recommendations. Far was a fantastic host! They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the welcome basket, Like enjoying a sunset view, relaxing in a cozy nook, or having a great meal at a nearby restaurant]. It truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Thank you Sir Mel. My family enjoyed your place. Very generous with toiletries that we do not need to use ours. Place is quiet and safe, we slept very well. Both rooms upstairs has bathroom and another 1 downstairs that is very helpful for us coz we do not need to wait for each other to finish. Fully airconditioned even downstairs. It also has a room for house maid which is useful for us coz we brought our helper with us that day. TV has netflix 😍 One thing I will suggest is if you can install big mirrors in the rooms as it is difficult to prepare and do makeup in small mirrors in the bathroom. But overall this is perfect. 👌 next time we need to do something in Muntinlupa area, I will book this again.

Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

We had a great stay at Karen and Benedict’s condo! The unit was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. They were super helpful and accommodating, allowing us to make a few requests without any hassle. Really appreciated their hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the fastest booking I have ever experienced in Airbnb. The host was able to confirm our booking immediately. This is a great place for travelers who only wishes to leave their belongings, sleep, eat, and explore. Bunk bed with cabinet, dining table, kitchen, and towel for each guests are provided which gives relaxation to 4 guests.

we had a great stay in Jun's place. very homy and aesthetic. my kids love the loft bed with their own tv. I love that they have many open shelves to put our clothes and wardrobe to hang our dresses. I like how it was designed, its very me. they also have comfortable beds and pillows that hugs me to sleep. As a host, it was realy my taste. Its like staying in my unit. Complete amd comfortable with the very basic needs.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
