The two single rooms open onto a tree- & flower-filled courtyard. Peace & tranquility.......
“If you want luxury this is not for you. If you want simple, authentic atmosphere in a typical Cypriot Village house you will love it. Penny has sensible guidelines in the description of the accommodation and it is just as written except for one thing. We were there beginning of July and we were amazed at the wonderful array of flowers, and butterflies in the courtyard. These were an added extra to our stay. There is a very good taverna in the village, actually I think there were 2 but we went to one of them. The bakery is very close and has a lovely array of both sweet and savoury delights.”
Tranquility and rest are the hallmarks of this little-known and very special corner of Cyprus. Hidden away in the foothills, a mere five minutes drive from the beach, our villa offers an authentic Cypriot village experience with all the convenience and comfort of home. The idyllic climate, robust wines, rich Mediterranean cuisine, and friendly hospitality combine to make this an unparalleled holiday getaway.
“Charming authentic villa in the cozy Cypriot village. House is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Well equipped and everything works well. Clean and stylish. Swimming pool is ok size, enough to chill and cool down on a hot day. Outside shower is a big plus! Beautiful green area around the house. Convenient with parking space for the car. We also felt us very safe. The sun was rising early in the morning and nicely waking us up in all the bedrooms - perfect planning of the house! Clear instructions for all the equipment, a lot of local tips and recommendations from the host. A bottle of local rose wine and some food was a pleasant surprise:). The weather first week of November was warm and sunny everyday, up to +29C in the air and 21-22C in the sea - awesome! Don’t be afraid of this season. I recommend Su’s house for everyone: couples, families with kids, groups of friends, even solo travelers. Car is a must, but it’s easy to drive on Cyprus and quite affordable prices for good rental cars (we used Europecar, very good!). Can’t wait to be back to this villa in Pareklisia village!”

“I liked everything: firstly, absolutely everything that was indicated in the apartment advertisement - corresponded to reality, a beautiful view of the sea and the sea itself (from November 7 to 14, the water temperature in the sea is + 24 ° C), free pool and gym, shower and a sauna, a garage for cars directly under the apartment, I liked all the rooms, a large kitchen-dining room, a very large balcony-terrace and a really large 2.2 m bed in the bedroom, a huge number of different clean towels that we together could not get in 7 days use, functional bathroom and to with a really clean white marble floor, exceptional cleanliness and complete readiness to receive guests in every detail, from a full mincemeat of properly working home appliances and kitchen equipment to wine, drinking water, olive oil, spices, salt, coffee, tea, sugar and some food for the first time, as well as wet and dry wipes, sponges, toilet paper and liquid soap, household chemicals for the kitchen and bathroom, full minced meat very clean with all the necessary ceramic and glass dishes people, cutlery, chopping boards, shovels, etc., I liked the attention and communication, the responsiveness and speed of the owner's response, so during a water accident, drinking water was delivered to the apartments in sufficient quantities, which we also had to use in technical purposes. In short, we were impressed by the host’s pleasant attitude towards the guests! Maybe we were so lucky?”
