The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto.
