This unique accommodation has its own style. Lovers of comfort and mountains will truly appreciate it, as on the one hand the balcony and bathroom on the 10th floor offer a great view of Mount Aragats, and on the other hand of Komitas Avenue. The building is equipped with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for relaxation, and there is also a small work area in the bedroom, which will allow you to combine rest with work.

I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!
