A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.

The entrance features a wide, accessible ramp leading to double red doors marked with the number 51. The exterior walls are designed in neutral tones, providing a modern and inviting entryway to the building.
