Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Patillas

Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

Absolutly a wonderful stay in Patillas, P.R.! Nelson's place was an absolute dream. This cozy home was a total charmer, especially the retro kitchen – loved the style! And those beds there were supper soft and had a good rest. The whole vibe was super welcoming and so peaceful. Plus, Nelson was a fantastic host, always quick to answer any questions we had. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the plaza. If you're looking for a relaxing and convenient spot in Patillas, this is it! Highly recommend!

Casa Bellísimo was amazing to stay at! We loved having such a beautiful home to wake up in. The beach access, neighborhood, and pool were perfect for our trip. Folks should know that the driveway is located on a busy street and be mindful when approaching. You will also hear traffic noise when in the house. The acoustics sometimes make it feel as if they are closer than they are. Our only issues were the motion sensor lights outside disrupting our sleep often. We couldn’t figure out a way to turn them off while staying and ended up hanging towels over the windows - they are quite bright! That being said, Hector was amazing and very responsive at all times! We would definitely be back again!

We stayed in Sea View at Casa Wurster. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this rental. It was just spectacular! We had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen & amenities, coolers, beach toys, paddles and balls for ping pong and pickleball, floats for the pool, bean bags! They thought of everything. Hector was super responsive to anything we needed help with although we should have had him order pizza for us lol. Neither place spoke much English and we got hung up on, lol. Russ was so fun to interact with and he has so much pride in the property - as he should! The grounds are meticulously kept and the views are simply stunning. While we did some traveling around to see the sites, we honestly could have just stayed at the house and had an amazing time. We played pickleball every day, we used the pool every day and hit up the beach across the street to cool off. Needless to say, we cannot WAIT to come back and stay again at Casa Wurster! Loved it!!!

What can I say…this was probably the best and most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed it. It was just what we needed to get our Carribean vacation started. The master bedroom was the highlight and the views of the blue waters from the windows was something we have only seen in movies. My friends, wife and I enjoyed this place immensely.

Brandon was helpful and always responded asap to all of my questions. We didn’t have a lot of time at his house as it was just a quick stop over for us but he answered all my questions and when I had trouble with the gate he immediately responded. I had to pull the lockbox out not up. He went out of his way to accommodate my check in and check out making my travel smoother. We were so grateful there was coffee and water. All of the bedrooms are the same size and style and include AC and TV. The house gets damp without the AC so be careful on the tile floors my son slipped. I felt the property was private and safe. There are kitties that wanted to chill with us outside be careful not to let them in. Wish we had more time to explore the highway and rivers.

Great place! Safe and beautiful super quiet even on a weekend! The house was spotless and very cozy! We enjoyed cooking inside and out! The pool was amazing, I have nothing negative to say about this place or the host! Loved it! My advice book it and trust the pictures this place is amazing!

Marisa’s spot is exactly what we needed for One night in Guayama. Everything in the space was updated nicely and it’s a short walk to all the plaza and El Gallo Pinto. Guayama doesn’t have many options, so this is the perfect addition. The block itself looks a bit desolate, but it is totally safe, and I can imagine lots of businesses popping back up in Guayama in a few years. What a gem! And El Gallo Pinto is absolutely worth the visit.

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Juana Mari's airbnb. Can we say more?

Great spot on a great Place

If you are looking for something close to everything and not too fancy, this is the place for you.

This lovely large studio was a perfect spot for a woman traveling alone to WFH and enjoy resort living. It is a safe, beautifully decorated, and extremely well thought out space with plenty of storage, a large bathroom, washer-dryer, small kitchen with a good-size refrigerator, spacious sleeping area, great lighting, comfortable sitting area with a real desk and high-speed wifi, small indoor dining area and small patio with a little table and barbeque very close to the pool. The owner is super-nice, easy to get along with, and communicates quickly by text when a question arises. Worth the money if you have it because much nicer than the much less expensive studios in the same neighborhood. The Palmas Doradas neighborhood is perfectly located close to the beach on the third green and next to the hotel: it's my favorite area in Palmas del Mar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can't recommend it enough! The apartment was impeccably clean, making it a comfortable and inviting space to return to after a day of exploring. Located in a perfect spot, I found it incredibly easy to access all the local attractions while enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The host was outstanding—very accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the entire booking process seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking views! Waking up to such a beautiful sight each morning was truly a delight. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

This is a GREAT condo. Beautiful views of the water, barely even a walk to the beach, and so fun to watch the golfers from the porch. It was a perfect spot for a vacation. One tiny suggestion would be to add a sharp kitchen knife and large sauté pan to the kitchen - otherwise, everything was lovely.

Excellent location and a beautiful place. We appreciated it is a first floor and has a king size bed.

Staying at Miguel’s home was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and Miguel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! We will definitely stay there again!
