Perfect house to connect safely with nature. 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, 2 bathrooms, living room with open kitchen and two balconies, (one integrated into the living room and the other with exit to the bedrooms). Marmosets are frequent visitors and sloths appear at the top of the trees in the woods in front of the house. The condominium has a large swimming pool, soccer field and convenience store. The region's microclimate has a blue sky to enjoy the sun during the day and a pleasant temperature at night.

A well-kept backyard features a private pool surrounded by a wooden deck. Lush green grass is visible, framed by decorative stone pathways and a shaded area with a roof. Tall trees provide shade, enhancing the outdoor relaxation space.
