Vacation rentals with a patio in Paul

Bruno is responsive. He checks in during the stay to see if we need anything. He responds quickly when we contact him. The apartment is not far from the center of Mindelo and it is close to the police. There's also a medical center right next door.

Manuel is an excellent host, picked us up at the harbor and even made extra rounds with his car to give us good tips about restaurants, etc. The tips have turned out to be very helpful - thank you Manuel! We are allowed to leave our luggage before check-in time, which was very helpful. The apartment is convenient and well equipped and we were able to discover the city on foot from the apartment. Great location, close to the beach and center. We can highly recommend!

The accommodation is very spacious and bright. Easy to access with shops close to 1 km to the beach. Access to the city center is easy with buses that pass regularly. Recommended

Well equipped, spacious and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Jamila was very helpful and managed to help resolve any issues that I had.

Our stay was in a word great, it is a beautiful penthouse with sea views just outside Mindelo. The host Tânia with her buddy Pery literally constantly stood by for us, very nice to be received so hospitably. Mindelo is about a 30-minute walk away, but they make sure that someone is constantly ready to bring you, they also arrange nice trips for you like swimming with turtles. We have never felt so at home on holiday, so a super recommended, a thousand thanks to Pery and Tânia, you are great!

Everything as expected, very kind and available to pick us up at the airport and take us to the house(they also waited for us because the plane was late). The house was nice, the patio was great, and very cozy. Recommended.

Very quiet and clean accommodation, great view. Two minutes' walk to the city center. We did not find it necessary to take a taxi to get out and back at night. Comfortable bed. Fatima is very responsive and accommodating. I recommend

If i could I would give this place 6 out of stars. Not only because it's a beautiful house with everything you need but also... Restaurant Crazy Kitchen around the corner has great food 2 minute walk from beach Laginha and the beach house Caravela ( great place ) 1 minute walk from a supermarket ( Loja de Branco ) The host is very hospitable and answered us very quickly with any questions we had about the surroundings and what to do. thank you Avenino & Ângela for the great stay.

Wonderful place and very nice host

Beautiful, modern apartment just outside the center, about 5 minutes walk to the city beach and about 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is furnished as new, clean and has everything you need for a successful vacation. Pleasant bed and shower with decent water pressure. Recommended! Deborah is an attentive host, communicating with her was very easy and quick.

House is situated in a remote village near the sea. The house has an ocean view and is 10m from the sea, you’ll literally hear the waves crashing against the rocks from your bed. Super peaceful place. Very responsive and helpful host. Be aware that restaurant options are limited in this town and you’ll be eating either fish or chicken + vegetables and rice and you need to make a reservation beforehand. Additionally mini markets don’t have a lot on offer either so you’ll have to make due with less than you might be used to compared to other places on the island.

Thomas was a super friendly and attentive host, always had a good attitude and was attentive to if you need anything at all. She always cared that the bathroom was clean and I help myself get to know the city when I got to the rest. The apartment was located in a very downtown area so the location is excellent . A man and excellent service, I have had a very good experience thanks to your hospitality, if I have the occasion I will come back! Thank you so much for everything Thomas!

Lovely apartment, very friendly host.

Thank you Thomas for hosting us. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the 4 beautiful rooms. It was perfect for our stay with 5 children. Thank you for the advice given and time spent with Joshua for fishing.

An oasis from some minutes to city center. Very comfortable house with a lot of beauty and of amendities. Lovely view over the city. Can recommend ❤️
