The location of the house in this very secure space is nice, with the pool and direct access to the beach. The relationship with some of the neighbors present was very nice and helpful when the person came to pick up the keys on our departure. Very good services regarding the collection of garbage cans, perfect fans and air conditioning, kitchen equipment in number and correct quality.

Excellent cost-benefit. We got the duplex to rest after a party very close to the airbnb location and it was the best choice! The place is well organized, the value is fair, Anna responds quickly and is super attentive, she was even quite flexible with our check-in and check-out. The apartment space is good and, except for the lack of WIFI (which is already announced as not having it), there is nothing we missed. I recommend it.

We stayed only one night, but the place extremely organized and clean. Flávio super kind and answering our messages carefully. The site was not far from the capital, but we delayed because of traffic. Flávio was super attentive and accompanied our arrival to the delivery of the keys. Gentle neighbors offering us help and city tips as well.

Luiz is extremely helpful, responsible and coherent, I went through a small problem and he sought the best alternative not to leave me helpless, always asked if everything was right, and always cherished for well-being!! The location is very good, close to shopping, markets, bakeries, conveniences and hospitals all within 2km! Perfect location! I nominate too much and I'm sure I'll be back!!

Great location, all close by: pharmacy, shopping mall, supermarket. Ângela always available and careful. About apt there are words missing, because I, my wife, the children and our little dog feel at home. The Condominium is very nice, especially for children because it has great equipment. And the icing on the cake is the beach. Just leave at the gate and we have our foot in the sand. We'll be back again!

I felt very much at home. Everything was working perfectly. The Kitchen is the most complete of all Airbnb I've ever been in. There are bakery and restaurants close by. The stay was great!

The view is a spectacle (I caught a full moon that rises from the sea right to the living room window, amazing). The furniture is of excellent taste and the apartment is very cozy.
