This quiet hillside home with amazing views is ten minutes from I-5 and just outside of town. The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), grill, patio, outdoor fire pit, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)
Little Cabin in the ForestThe cabin is located six miles from downtown Centralia on a tree farm. The cabin is private and accessible by a 400 foot trail through the woods. Guests will have exclusive use of the cabin and shared access to the walking trails and livestock viewing areas. Because it is a tree farm, outdoor burning is not allowed but we do have an electric fireplace inside the cabin for ambiance. Air conditioning is available if needed.
Pillar Rock Cannery Escape. (Coho Cabin)The Coho Cabin, is located at the old fishing town of Pillar Rock . Each guest has an opportunity to tour the Pillar Rock Cannery, originally established in 1877. Lewis and Clark also camped here and documented they first saw the ocean. Located on the banks of the Columbia River, the cabin has absolutely fantastic views! View and enjoy a beautiful secluded sandy beach, with private access from the cabin. Upstream is a stunning view of historical Pillar Rock.
