Vacation rentals in Pend Oreille County

The Cozy Cabin on the Pend Oreille River was the perfect location for our trip to NE Washington. It is a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to simple be. Turkeys and deer stroll through the yard, and lovely sunsets over the river. The location is great for making day trips to the many points of interest between the Canadian Border and Newport. The host Jacquie was very kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year!

This review is WAY overdue! All my communication with Dave was timely, kind, and super friendly. All the instructions were super thorough and clear for us during our stay. The property is right on the lake which made our stay incredibly peaceful. Everything was super clean and tidy upon arrival and check in was seamless. A huge huge thank you for everything! Anyone who stays here is in for a real treat and will have absolute peace of mind. Many thanks!

Hal's chalet is beautiful. A cozy log chalet in a perfect mountain setting. I could go on and on about the clean beds, most comfy couch ever, well stocked kitchen, great laundry machines, perfect decor and fabulous hot tub! We skied buzzer to buzzer days at 49 North and were so grateful to zip back 5 min to our "home away from home" and spend the evenings together. We soothed our tired muscles in the hot tub. We prepared yummy food and ate together at the dining table for dinner and breakfast bar in the am. After dinner, we could watch the 4 Nations hockey matches from the comfy couch & while playing foosball and pool. We had everything we needed to relax"en famille" at the chalet and ski all day at the mountain. A Perfect balance !!! My highest compliment to Hal and his excellent communication. He set us up for success and shared so many thoughtful details. I would give 6 stars if I could ! We hope to rent Hals chalet again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Kathy and Mike are the most wonderful hosts I've ever encountered. Our stay at their country hideaway was for more than a month. From day one, they were very accommodating. They gave us the rundown on any and everything we needed to know about the local area. My children were able to enjoy the experience due to there being ample amounts of yard space. They provided my children with toys that they could use outdoors. The house was cozy and very neat. Everything that we needed was easily accessible. I've stayed in multiple Airbnb homes in America and abroad. Best experience I've had yet! They most certainly surpassed my expectations in their generosity and hospitality. Their place is truly something special. I would definitely stay again. I didn't want to leave! You have to experience it yourself to truly understand.

The one & only reason why I did not want to leave a review is because the selfish side of me does not want this wonderful home booked to where my family & I can't stay due to no dates being available. This house & the hosts could not have been more perfect. You can feel that Mike & Rhonda want their guests feeling welcomed, at ease & comfortable. They went above & beyond to make sure our needs were met & that we had absolutely everything we needed and wanted. I actually had to fight tears leaving this lovely place. Time went by too fast. Usually, no matter where I'm at, it's always nice to come home. I felt I was already home the second we arrived. The house is clean, spacious & just dang perfect. My family & I will be going back every year. I wish we could go twice a year. Many, many thanks & so much gratitude to Rhonda & Mike. Our family created some beautiful memories that will be forever cherished.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cabin. The views were beautiful and the wildlife was amazing. We were fortunate to have a family of deer walk right through the yard 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Karilynn was very responsive to the questions we had. Our kids loved the dock and the private swimming area. They had a blast with the kayak! We would definitely stay again!

Great place right on the lake. We enjoyed the floating dock and provided kayaks. House comes stocked with plenty of games that are fun for the whole family. The beds were comfortable. We were there in August and it was a bit warm but we knew going in that there was no air conditioning. There is no WiFi but the cell service worked just fine. House is clean and comes with everything needed to enjoy a vacation. Meredith was great with communication. Thanks again!

Very fun stay at Sacheen in this clean cabin! Plenty to do here and they have the toys to do it. Cabin is stocked well and they had a lot of things most places do not. Dock was more than accommodating for our 22' boat. You will need to take your own garbage with you. I did not realize this until I arrived.
