Apartment vacation rentals in Peoria County

Great experience from start to finish- visited some friends who live nearby and location was perfect, super easy checkin and checkout, place was clean and looks just like pictures. Will definitely look to stay at Jackie’s place again when I visit Peoria

I enjoyed my stay. Kathryn is very friendly and quick to respond. Kathryn was flexible with check in and check out which I appreciate coming so far away timing can change. I enjoyed being out of town and in a country location. I liked that I was able to chill on the wrap around deck and walk around the property. I plan to stay again in the future.

This is a small, older house, but nicely remodeled. It was clean and we were quite comfortable here. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Joseph was very responsive and helpful from booking through checkout. The place looks exactly like the pictures - It’s a very clean and unique apartment. It’s been renovated while keeping a lot of the cool original features. The blinds provided plenty of shade when closed, allowing a great night of sleep. The place was calm and peaceful. Joseph stocked the apartment with everything you could need, including a well equipped kitchen, coffee pods, dishwasher detergent, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place. There was nothing i needed and I felt well taken care of.

Me and my family love staying at unique places and this did not disappoint. The place is adorably cute and the property owners are super thoughtful and responsive we would definitely stay here again next year!!!

This was my second stay at this location and as before it was comforting to walk into such a clean space after a long day of traveling.  I love the views of tall spruce trees out all the windows, which have ample shades or curtains to allow or block all the nice light that pours in.  As before, the apartment is excellently stocked with just about everything that a person may forget in the bathroom or need in the kitchen.  I used the iron and board this time and they worked great and like everything else were very clean.  We did have some trouble with the TV but the problem turned out to be the remote needed new batteries which I was able to replace with spares that were stocked in a drawer.  As stated, it is in what seemed a very safe neighborhood and it was very quiet and comfortable.

Kati’s place was wonderful and just wanted we needed for our weekend in Peoria. We were in town for a wedding and her place had ample kitchen and living space to suit our needs. The set up was laid out perfectly for our group of 4 that was coming and going at different times. Having two entrances and bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment made for a quiet and peaceful stay. We were welcomed with baking from a nearby bakery which was a lovely touch. Kati’s place provided easy access for us to get in and out of the city and was near lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!
