Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
