Immersa nella tipica campagna umbra sopra una collina che sovrasta il borgo medievale di Papiano, è ideale per chi vuole rimanere in relax fra olivi e vigne ma anche per chi viaggia: ci troviamo esattamente nel centro d'Italia e si arriva a Roma e Firenze in un'ora e mezza, a Siena in un'ora, in mezz'ora si raggiungono le mete umbre come Assisi, Spoleto, 10 minuti Perugia.

A privileged position, in the historic center, very close to Corso Vannucci, on the top floor of a building that retains all the charm of a ancient home. From the windows you can see typical views of the city; a few steps away the museums, churches, theaters and the most important and beautiful shops in the city. You will have breakfast in a large dining room which in summer can also be enjoyed on the balcony. In winter, you can relax with a hot tea in front of the fireplace.

Our farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and wonderful views. We offer two apartments in the main building and small detached cottage. with shared pool, which opens mid May to mid October. For guests who stay in La Capannina our small converted barn with terrace, breakfast is available on request. Independent of the main farmhouse this little cottage offers a very comfortable double bedroom and en-suite shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided.

Col di Fiori - Terra & Bosco

The two rooms Terra (1 double-bed) and Bosco (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with one shared bathroom are ideal for a family. The house itself can easily accommodate up to 11 people. Col di FIori is located in the countryside right between Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio, with many hiking and biking possibilities close by as well as a gorgeous view over the surrounding landscape.
