Peterculter is a great location if you are planning a trip around the Deeside area - Banchory/Aboyne/Ballater/Braemar. It is also handy for Westhill, Bucksburn, Stonehaven and only 6 miles from Aberdeen City. My house is next to the old Deeside railway line, perfect for walks, jogging or cycling. I have plenty off-road parking and a big garden to sit in. I am on the bus route into town or out to Deeside.
“Shirley’s place reminds me of the B&B’s of long ago: gracious, thoughtful host who has the gift of hospitality. Asked a few days in advance if she could have dinner for us when we arrived as my husband was quite worn out at that point, she greeted us with a delicious meal, wine and dessert at a very reasonable extra cost. All the little extras were there, the place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, and in the sunroom overlooking the garden. Shirley’s local tips were exactly what we had hoped for. We will return when in the area!”
