Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

A perfect stay!!The arrival Marisa is attentive at all times and the departure is the same!!The Talby house as shown in the photos and all the supermarkets and beach very close by. The neighbors are very friendly and the residential super quiet to disconnect for a few days! We stayed a week in the apartment and enjoyed it very much. The home was clean and there was room for the entire family to sleep and hang out. Outdoors there was padel court, miniature golf and pool. Easy to park on the street. The first day the stove broke and Lisette quickly arranged a brand new stove that was installed by the property caretaker. Very friendly treatment and quick handling of the matter by both Lisette and the property caretaker. Highly recommend this home!

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

The apartment corresponds in everything with the detailed, 3 spacious rooms, 2 full wc, living room with terrace... It has everything you need to spend a few days without a problem. Everything is very clean , comfortable beds. Around the corner there is a super , 3 bakery/pastry shops, and a little further on the promenade with countless options to eat. It is located in 2 row to the sea but it is 5 min walking and you reach the beach , sandy and very good for children. It has a garage for a large car that makes everything easy. Roberto was attentive to us and answered my questions quickly. She had flexibility in schedules . He came to give us the keys and show us the whole floor . Thank you so much for everything and I hope to see you soon because we will definitely be back

A lovely apartment with lots of room for two or four people. The apartment appears extremely neat and clean with a great view and lovely terrace. Lovely location close to everything - restaurants, small cozy local eateries, grocery shopping and various shops. The host is very and relevant communicative. All necessary information is provided. Exquisite stay at a very good price. Highly recommend.
