Appeals to leave-no-trace hikers/canoeists who look for time off the grid, who understand how to function sustainably and respectfully there, and enjoy being self-sufficient and resilient. Pricing: Weekend and holiday rates are higher than weekday.
“Lawrene and Harry are wonderful hosts, great to communicate with, extremely accomodating, and both lovely individuals. They made our stay pleasant and easy! This location is stunning. A treehouse, suspended over a river, surrounded by forests and fields. Walking up to the house feels like you are passing through 4 different fairy tale locations. While it does get quite muddy down there, the walk is pleasant and the scenery is great. Lawrene and Harry have left so many nice touches at the cabin, it feels very homey despite its small size. This is the perfect place for those who love to be surrounded by nature. I hope to visit again soon.”
Enjoy a cozy cottage atmosphere on a quiet street close to all amenities.
“Cozy Cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Nicely updated and decorated - Sarah has done a great job in providing a home away from home. Check in was easy and she responded promptly to all inquiries. I look forward to the possibility of staying there again - Thank you Sarah!”
Beautiful cottage with stunning views in a quiet neighbourhood. Located right on the shore of Lake Huron. 15 mins from Forest, 25 mins from Sarnia and 30 mins from Grand Bend. Ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing time to unwind. Not suitable for parties or large groups as the cottage is in a quiet residential area. *** Note: the high water levels caused some damage to the stairs down to the beach. There is public access 4 doors down. ***
“Awesome location and amazing hospitality. Would definitely book again. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway”
