We loved our Spring stay at Kim's! The cottage was wonderful and very close to the location we needed to be on site for! The house was pristine and had everything we needed for a great stay! If we find outselves in Sedalia again we know where to go!

Place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Very reasonably priced too! How was easy to communicate with and expectations were very reasonable. Will definitely stay again here!

This was my 4th time staying at Joy’s place. We love it! Joy goes above and beyond, she is hands down the best hostess. The place is very clean, quiet, comfortable, cozy and the location is ideal for us. See you next year, Joy! 😊

Gina was amazing to deal with. Her communication and kindness are top are second to none. I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. This place was the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever been in and I loved how it felt like we lived there. Had a tube of toothpaste and q tips; which I forgot both. Condiments were in the fridge and even coffee and pasta were in the cabinet. It seems minimal, but for a dad and son traveling; these things add up and were so convenient. .

Shelly and Andy were wonderful hosts and gave us a warm welcome after a long day of biking. The space was immauculate, comfortable and spacious with amenities for the kitchen. They may have spoiled us but we loved the warm chocolate cookies awaiting our arrival! They are knowlegeable about the area and have obviously put a lot of thought in organizing their airbnb space. Great patio, easy to find, and we highly reccomend staying with them!

This house was perfect for us! We were in Sedalia for a funeral and this was just the most peaceful and quiet place for us to unwind and relax. Tammy helped us get another night so we wouldn’t have to leave for a 1:30 pm funeral at 10am and we would have a quiet place to return to after the funeral. We had a wonderful stay during my graduation ceremony at Columbia College. I traveled with my husband and friends—there were five of us in total—and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and tidy, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the patio, which was a great spot to relax. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way—highly recommend!

It was the perfect place for my bridal party to get ready the morning of my wedding! Very large, spacious living room and a fully stocked kitchen!
