Vacation rentals with a patio in Phang Nga Bay

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

Отличные апартаменты в новом комплексе. Невероятная чистота, отсутствие любых насекомых - за месяц ни один муравей не проник в квартиру. Хорошее расположение, окна выходят на зеленый склон с деревьями, солнце попадает только под вечер. Рекомендую!

Super appartement ! Très propre, lumineux. Équipements au top ( piscines. Salle de sport ). Je recommande.

Echt een prachtig verblijf, zeker voor Thaise begrippen! Een brandschoon appartement met aparte woon/keuken gedeelte en aparte slaapkamer met badkamer. Ruim balkon die bij deze unit gelijk grenst aan zwembad, wat ideaal is dankzij het tuinhekje. Zwembad zelf ook schoon, goed onderhouden en met jacuzzi gedeelte voorin. De locatie van het appartement is top op 5 min lopen van Surin beach (wat mooier is dan Bang Tao beach volgens ons!). Grote supermarkt om de hoek ook. En zoooo blij met een wasmachine in de kamer om al onze vakantie kleding weer even op te frissen!

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

Angie and Tim’s villa at Botanica Modern Lofts was absolutely sublime—one of the best we've stayed in around Bang Tao. The pool is pure zen, and the lush gardens truly make you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. Inside, the villa is beautifully styled with a calming, neutral color scheme that adds to the overall sense of relaxation. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private area, yet still within walking distance to great local spots, including the fantastic coffee shop Tree O’clock.

Amazing place to stay with kids! The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family-friendly stay. The host was very responsive and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum! Sehr zentral, doch nah am Meer gelegen und man hatte seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso wie das Meer! Den Rest erreicht man super per Taxi oder Tuktuk. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt & das Chlor geprüft, während unseres Aufenthalts.

Very beautiful, peaceful location in a gated community. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding gardens. A thirteen minute walk to Seven 11 store, fruit market and motorbike rental. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels etc. Electricity and water for the week cost us about $50 CAD (1500 baht) for our family of four. We thought this was reasonable. A five minute motorbike ride brought us to the center of town - night market, scuba diving shop, tour boats, restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time, thanks again Kurt!

在这里住了8天，入住体验非常好，房子里面所需要的一切都很齐全，全家人都很满意，酒店有去海滩的车 每两小时往返一次，走路去海边也还好 15分钟左右，周边距离7-11、bigC 超市等也不算远，还有一个星期一、星期四、星期五都会开的夜市，总体真得很满意，如果还有机会，一定还会来此入住

Great stay and amazing host. Everything was clean and communication was great. There’s a Big C nearby, lots of restaurants and a food market, and not too far from Patong. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would come back next time we are in Phuket. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had through Airbnb. The whole MIDA resort is amazing and we honestly spent the whole 4 days by the pool in the resort and relaxing. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes in the resort, so we had everything at hand. The host Oleg is very hospitable and the small gift at the end of our stay only enhanced the positive impression.

First of all, Fantastic communication at all times and easy with Ken, is so friendly. Have stayed in Patong Towers AirBNB's before but this place was a standout, and not the least because of the amazing views. This place is a great location in Patong beach with a great view of beach and sunset. The apartment had everything one could need for a very comfortable stay. Netflix etc was a huge bonus for some downtime now. Super fast wi-fi made media posting of pics of the beach view. Bed was comfy, lots of towels etc and even woven beach mats. Nice roomy bathroom. the kitchen had everything that I needed. Aircon worked very well in both living areas. Can highly recommend to everyone looking for an exceptional self-catering holiday with view to die for. Thank you for letting us stay.
