Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Pickwick Lake

As I said before - Savanna was a-ma-zing!! The group I was with rented 3 homes from her and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. I stayed with a group of 2 couple and 2 singles in this home and everyone was very comfortable. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!! All the ladies said they’d not slept that well in years - if ever. Don’t let the railroad deter you. I’m a light sleeper and never heard the train in my sleep. Thanks again for everything Savanna!!

The home was very clean and welcoming, she gave very good & clear instructions about everything. I love everything about the home, it was relaxing and I got a good night's rest nightly.

Perfect place to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving! The only thing that put a wrench in our sleeping plans ( I found this funny, the kids did not) was the life size mannequin of Jason Voorhees in the neighbor’ s backyard. Both of the kids refused to sleep in that bedroom with the view of Jason, so the sleeping arrangements had to be adjusted. Again I found their reactions to Jason being outside comical!!

Our second stay. Excellent host! Very accommodating and responsive even with our change in schedule. Highly recommend!!! Plan to stay on our next visit to the area! Thank you for the extra effort in switching our dates.

Joy’s place was a great place to stay. The home was very clean, comfortable and very inviting. This is definitely a place we will stay again. She was very responsive when we needed her. The area of the home is so close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone that is staying in the area.

Perfect place for a girls weekend. We couldn’t get the coffee pot to work correctly and the host brought us a new one within 10 minutes. Nice layout and plenty of room. Will definitely stay again if in that area.

This was the second time that I stayed at Haley House and I hope to stay there again when I visit Florence. It’s located in a safe neighborhood, that is conveniently close to UNA and downtown Florence!

Kay was a great host always communicated instructions clearly. His place was clean and well put together. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure we got to his airbnb and made sure we were good. Thank you for having us we will be back.

Beautiful single bedroom apartment close to everything. Felt homey and was comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking for something cozy next to the lake.

It was a really beautiful little apartment, that was comfortable to stay in. The yard was big and nicely landscaped which was lit up at night. It all created a nice chill environment, I would stay again.

The space was great, very clean and well maintained. They care about what they do, and some of the nicest folks you could hope to meet.

This spot is in a nice quiet area and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. It was peaceful but not far from amenities. A great spot to stay and enjoy Florence.

cute little apartment in a wonderful city

Charles was a great host! My family and I had a wonderful time well staying at his property. The property is Located Just outside of downtown in the historical district of Florence. It is a wonderful place to stay if you like to walk to a lot of the restaurants around the area. It is a peaceful place to stay, Great for winding down after a long day of activities

It was a great stay and place was very cozy. We didn't get to spend too much time outside as we wanted due to the weather and a few bees around the lounge area. Over all Charles was great and responsive. We hope to come back again.

We were looking for an affordable stay in a unique place. Charles' place for great for what our purpose. This worked perfectly for our weekend, where we would be away from morning until late in the evening.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to do remote work it is perfect. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony while sipping mimosas and working on my laptop with my fishing pole cast out. I appreciated the fully furnished kitchen. I also loved the great water pressure in the shower with hot water. One other cool thing I adored was the tin ceiling. Thank you for the wonderful experience Chuck, we appreciate you!
