Great apartment in a perfect location. My only complaint is that it is a little bit dark, but that is a function of it being surrounded by historic buildings and church. The apartment is clean and well furnished. Very comfortable and Albane was incredibly graciious and accommodating. It's an outstanding value for your stay in Reims!

We had a pleasant weekend at Clem's cottage. The accommodation was perfectly as described and suitable for children. My kids were able to enjoy the outdoors safely. We also really enjoyed the accommodation, which was well equipped. Clem was very responsive and available throughout our stay. A big thank you!

We had a great time at this place. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for relaxing. The place is very clean and perfectly maintained. We were warmly welcomed, with kindness and availability, which made our arrival very pleasant. Accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped, and as described. We particularly appreciated the calm of the surroundings and the serenity that emerges from it. Thank you very much to our hosts for their kindness. We would definitely recommend this place!

I gladly come back to this place as soon as the weather allows me because the place is peaceful near the lake, the largest in Europe in size. This place of stay is to be recommended first with a hostess, welcoming Melanie and available as soon as you arrive until your departure. All activities: fishing on Lac du Der, cycling, sailing, tree climbing and villages to discover in the area. Particularly, my interest was in bird watching in the popular trees and sites such as the Chantecoq Observatory and the Grand Coulon pond. This region of Lac du Der is to be discovered and discovered from the smallest to the largest and of course during the migration of the ash cranes in October. Beautiful discovery. Marc

This is apartment can easily house 5-6 guests- we were 4 with our daughter visiting for one night from paris. The bedrooms are not large but they all have excellent windows that can open in 2 directions and individual heaters in each room and bathroom. The common area is spacious and comfortable as is the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay- we were working in the area, in and out visiting wineries and restaurants and this was quite a good location. Aurelie was always responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed this weekend very much with 4 friends in this cottage! Nice space, nice garden where you can sit comfortably in good weather. The communication was also very good and fast. Definitely recommended if you go to the beautiful Champagne region.

Very happy stay in Giffaumont-Champaubert! The apartment is friendly, well equipped and located in a quiet environment, perfect for resting after a day by Lake Der. Fantastic stay in the French countryside, just outside the champagne region. The house is very spacious and has a pleasant and well equipped kitchen. The house has been nicely refurbished and has a pleasant holiday atmosphere, wonderful to relax in if the weather is a little less good, for example. The jacuzzi outside is lovely at the end of the day. Hopefully, we'll come back. It is good to know that the bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, while the bedrooms upstairs can be a bit impractical if you have difficulty walking or have small children, for example.

We spent 4 days at Anthony's and his wife's place. Fishing stay at Der by boat. the house is clean and comfortable, located 10 minutes from the launch of giffaumont, this rental offers the necessary comfort for fishermen. the garage is large, it allows the problem-free storage of my 4m boat. Very nice hosts, highly recommend.
