Centrally-located, this block of just a few apartments is gated, with gated parking. Features include: fully equipped kitchen, living, & half bath downstairs; 1-queen bed, full bath, & washer/dryer upstairs. Each unit is self-contained, accessed by a front door in a shared courtyard. Located in a residential neighborhood, walking distance from downtown.

Its a Studio ! Just a quiet and clean place on the east side with views, pool and carport to keep your car on shade. Separate entrance, from the main home unrented, you will have all the backyard, can be share with the house when people rent it. Fire pit, horseshoes game and all pool area for you, to enjoy the views. The pool is not heated. 1 mile form Mc Donald park; at the bottom of Mount Lemmon, and 5mn from stores and restaurants. No Party with extra guests allowed
