Vacation rentals with a pool in Placencia

Dana's house is an absolute gem. It's spacious, new, clean & exceptionally well located. It's on the Placencia peninsula, but about 9 miles north of the main tourist town. It's in a very quiet location right on the water's edge, just outside the charming village of Seine Bight. The pool was delightful to relax in & you can walk right into the shallow sea to snorkel, paddleboard or swim. The kitchen had a lot of useful extras that we were invited to use. Dana was incredibly helpful with suggestions & contacts to make the most of our 8 day stay. The beds were all king size & very comfortable If you have 5 or more guests try to reserve the entire house. If you are just a couple looking for an idyllic getaway the downstairs is completely self contained. with an additional kitchen

This Placencia home exceeded all expectations. The staff's thoughtfulness showed from day one when they pre-stocked our house with food for Christmas Eve, knowing shops might be closed. Their attention to detail continued throughout our stay - from bringing fresh coconuts poolside to Mundo sharing his catch of an iguana after noting my interest. Morning paddle boarding sessions with Moira the dog became a cherished routine, and the other pups added joy to our days. The staff struck a perfect balance - always available and incredibly responsive, while allowing us the space to fully relax. They handled everything seamlessly in the background, letting us focus on enjoying this beautiful place This isn't just accommodation - it's a home away from home with staff who treat you like friends. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with genuine hospitality.

This was an absolute amazing place to stay to end our short Belize getaway! We had the beach and dock to ourselves the first night and most of the following day as the nearby casita wasn't rented. Lucas (property manager) came by shortly after we arrived to answer our questions and to take care of a minor repair (a/c in the kitchen). While it wasn't able to be rectified during ur stay, the weather was nice enough to simply use the fan to keep the place at a comfortable temperature. Check-in was simple and the home is truly wonderful and very comfortable! Both Brad and Lucas were quick to communicate and answer our questions. Highly recommend staying at this home if you head to Placencia and don't want to be right in the hustle and bustle of town and want a little privacy for your group!

We enjoyed our stay in Belize so much. This house was beautiful and worked really well for our needs. Location was great. The views were so nice. Morning coffee on the patio was awesome.

The caretaker and his family were not only super helpful, but also very nice to hang out with! Adonis even offered to take us out fishing and he caught us fresh bait every morning! Any questions we had or issues with the property (there were very few) he was eager to lend a helping hand. The house was incredible. The beach was beautiful. Both were clean. My only criticism is that Vacassa was not very pleasant or eager to help when I contacted them leading up to the trip to ask questions. Beautiful house, lovely sunrises and it looks even more beautiful than the photos!

We were two couples who stayed in Michelle’s condo fairly last minute when our accommodations were cancelled. Check in was smooth with Jack”s assistance and condo was great. Perfect space for the 4 of us . Edwin and his family were lovely and always ready to take us on the boat ride across the canal for the short walk/bike ride to town. Edwin and Jack were both very responsive and always willing to help arrange cabs/excursions. Would definitely stay again.

We visited Placencia during Tropical Storm Sara (Nov 2024). As we have never been in a tropical storm (snow blizzards are what we are used to), it was a panic when traveling into one with our 2 children. All we ever want is for them to be safe. Tracy was kind to let us check in a couple hours earlier for peace of mind. Thankfully - the storm hit north of us and the weather improved through out our stay. We love the location - watching and listening to the waves facing the Caribbean, and then having the lagoon on the other side. My kids swam every day in the pool, even when it was pouring rain. Rosa, the caretaker, was extremely friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again next time we visit. The use of the kayaks was a great perk. We didn’t use the bikes.

couldn't not recommend this location, condo and it's staff more. they are very hard working and very responsive. The family that take care of the location is amazing and some of the most wonderful and kind people. Would recommend to anyone and will be back to see Placencia again. 5 Stars

Sharene is a charming host, informative and her home is very relaxing, safe and positioned to see the fisherman come and go as they head out to sea . The amenities are second to none with everything we needed for our 10 day stay . We ( 2 couples ) enjoyed the top half ( 2 separate units) with decks for dining and cocktails perched above the Lagoon - Stunning Sunsets!!!!!

we honestly have nothing bad to say about the condo/ Airbnb. Kimberly was always very prompt to get back with answers to any of my questions as well as helpful with recommending excursions & restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable! Loved the fact that there were kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles for us to use! We loved the table on the patio! also the chairs & ottomans were very comfortable outside our bedroom for morning coffee, we'd loved sitting out there watching the sunrise. we did have rain several days and the porch/patio always stayed dry. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to a time that we can return!

The space was great. Clean and neat. For a quiet space in Placencia just outside of the action, this place was great. A five minute walk from restaurants, and about ten from the heart of Placencia. Also, Edwin and his family, the caretakers who will ferry you to across the canal were great! Never waited more than a couple of minutes, and usually less than one minute.

Love the location of this property! Beach and pool area is beautiful ! Having the bottom floor was wonderful! It is self maintain while staying, so be prepared to purchase all you need like spices, oil, paper towels, toilet paper, water, dish soap, laundry soap, pretty much everything and clean your own unit through out your stay. The staff was nice and Jack the manager was quick to respond when needed. Love that service:). We would stay again💜

Kimberly’s support, services, recommendations and responsiveness was exemplary. She helped us in so many ways and responded to our questions in a timely manner. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was outstanding. The resort was peaceful, protected from the wind and was very private. Long walks on the beach, lounging at the palapa, paddling to the false Caye near by, shopping at the nearby village, swimming off the dock and just lounging on the beach were just a few our highlights here.
