Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.

Spacious, bright and cosy apartment (60 m²) with two bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Lovely decorated and covered roof-top terrace with seating and an open-air shower. The terrace provides view over the Atlantic ocean and the surf-spots. The beaches, the surf-spots, including the magnificent bay, and the surf-shops and cafes are all within few minutes walking distance of the house!

A cozy living space features a wooden coffee table accompanied by two traditional chairs and a cushioned seating area. Large glass doors open to a balcony with a dining set, providing expansive views of the ocean and surrounding hills.
