The pretty 35 m² studio is ATTACHED to the BASEMENT of OUR HOUSE. Enter through a small veranda and go directly to the sofa lounge/sleeping area. Bedroom area separated by a curtain. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Access to the swimming pool and its relaxing garden which are opposite our villa + private garden just for you.

Within our property, 15 m2 air-conditioned outbuilding, independent entrance on the ground floor with terrace, secure parking space in front of the accommodation, quiet. Please note the wifi is weak, the 4g works well. Vehicle highly recommended!! The faculty of St Jérôme, the Technopole of Château Gombert, the Arnavaux (market of national interest) are a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.
