I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was a convenient location for me to visit family nearby, so it is not a tourist destination. But it can be a staycation with such a nice pool and lobby area. It had everything I needed, even got to do a couple of loads of laundry. WiFi was good, hot water in the shower highly appreciated! My room and linens were refreshed in the middle of my 5-night stay. Simply a refreshing and cozy place, and I highly recommend it!

We arrived in Mnl from Ceb early in the morning; early like 4am type of early 😅 Check in went smoothly and they even arranged an airport transfer back and forth for us (highly appreciated) Place is super peaceful and accessible to areas. Overall stay is perfect 💯👌🏼

Casa Martine is a perfect place for family and friends who are looking for a place to stay in Clark. The place is near to different restaurants, malls and attractions. Our kids had a lot fun swimming, playing and singing. The rooms are clean and spacious. Kath is a very accommodating host. We will definitely go back.

We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

Beautifully presented apartment with easy access to lots of amenities and onward travel. The hosts were wonderful and quickly responded to all queries in a friendly and instructive manner. I used the pool facilities during our stay and they were perfectly clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. Would recommend 100%. I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

We really liked the ambiance of the place. Having cooking appliances made our stay more convenient, and the nearby restaurants gave us options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again in the future.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

Convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Fernando. If you're an avid golfer and ready to play...sleep well and early morning play in the nearby golf courses beverly and pradera or to Clark. it's summer now very hot it's really advisable to play early in the morning 🙂
