The house is definitely worth its price. The equipment is great and in case of problems you get an answer directly from Mar&Joan. The beach is as on the pictures directly accessible and very beautiful. Within walking distance is a shop that has everything you need with a very nice shop owner!

Joana was an amazing host!! Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely come back and stay at Joana’s place. She left us some gifts when we checked in and it was the most thoughtful thing a host has ever done. Her apartment is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even beach towels and after sun for the sun burns. She was also able to accommodate our checkout timing so we are thankful!

Home from home. This place had everything and more that was needed. Location was perfect, everything walkable, shop right opposite for quick things. Home was spacious and quiet, lovely patios and gardens. Garage full of things you can use and nice for beach chairs and umbrellas. We stayed for 4 nights so came with minimal things but everything you needed they had there so we were thankful not having to buy wasted items. We had our elderly mom with us and she was able to walk to many of the places and into old town and alcuida port for dinners etc. Great restaurants on your door step too! A perfect stay and we would definitely be back! Antonia was responsive and lovely when we meet her at check out! Thank you for an awesome stay! ❤️

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

There were four of us in the apartment for a week and we felt very comfortable. The amenities were as described, everything present and in good condition. Paula was always available and available to us. The location is great for exploring the surroundings. We had a rental car and for us it was a perfect base. Beach and also restaurants very easily accessible on foot, even with toddler. The street in front of the house is not very passable and does not disturb at all! We will be happy to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at Veronica’s apartment in Puerto de Sóller! The location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the port and directly in front of the charming tram station, with excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and shops just steps away. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a stylish Art Deco mid-century design, providing both character and comfort. Veronica was a wonderful host, and everything about my stay was seamless. I highly recommend her apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful Air Bnb and I cannot thank Marta (and her Dad) enough for helping us.. even picking up milk for our young son because we arrived after shops closed , providing us with a travel cot and high chair etc. The property has an incredible view, and the location suited us really well, about 10 minutes walk into Alcudia old town.

Absolutely loved this Villa. It was in a peaceful tranquil location. The surrounding town had the required amenities, there is not a massive amount to do in Cala Mendia but local transport is easily accessible. The villa itself was beautiful and clean with the added touch of a beautiful pool.

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Great location and beautiful house.

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

From the minute we walked in to Miguel's apartment we felt at home. Miguel met us there on the dot, which we liked, and he went through everything with us. The place was spotless and had many extra little touches, like endless beach equipment and inside games for the kids, even a yoga mat for me. Yoga or coffee on the balcony over looking the town, with a beautiful sunrise was a highlight. There are steps (or road) down to the most lovely swimming section on Soller beach, and a gentle 15 minute evening stroll over to the busier side for sunset. Beds were comfy, showers hot and powerful and kitchen well equipped. The roof terrace was just perfect, with lovely furniture and views - just note if you're a sunset lover, due to east facing, the sun goes off at teatime, although there was an amazing sunset to be found a short walk just up the road at the Refuge. Fantastic links to great running and hikes too, 5 mins from GR221. All in all a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

A lovely apartment. Clean and spacious with two balconies to enjoy the sun. The views of the mountains were beautiful. It was just a short walk to the beach and the lovely pine walk and shops and restaurants were within 5mins away so an ideal location. Inma was a great host, very friendly and informative. It was very peaceful ( April) and very easy to park the car close by. We can't wait to return.

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. Jacuzzi is really enjoyable . Hosts are thoughtful and easy to communicate. We highly recommend this place to stay on the island. Eric and Sandrine

We enjoyed the holiday very much. Everything we needed was available, the double half very clean and the proximity to the sea is a dream.

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Beautiful Mallorcan house. fast, nice and easy communication with Francisca, warm welcome with a large plate of lemons and oranges as well as eggs, as we arrived at night and thus had something for breakfast. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I'd love to come back and full recommendation!

excellent. A great location and exactly as pictured. Very close to the beach and only a few minutes from restaurants.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.
