Mountain House

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).

Possibility of free parking in the courtyard and on the street. The house has been recently renovated and furnished, so the mattresses, sheets, towels and other furniture are completely new.

This apartment was renovated in July 2022. The beach is only 2 minutes walking from the house. It has a solarium very functional and modern. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen.
