Se encuentra en una localización estratégica y en un edificio emblemático. En pleno corazón de Marbella (a 1 min del P. de la Alameda y a otro del casco antiguo, con su famosa Pl de los Naranjos) y pegado a sus playas (la de Venus está a 1 min). Hay restaurantes, chiringuitos, bares de tapas, heladerías, … para que puedas disfrutarlo en cualquier época del año. Supermercados, tiendas, farmacias, peluquerías, …, y tres parkings en la misma puerta. Hay paradas de taxis y bus a pocos metros.
