I'm Rene Avila, I was a naval pilot, I come from a family of Mayan origin and now together with my family, we have been doing Temazcal for more than 5 years, teaching this culture through traditional medicine. Mother Nature offers a lot of Wisdom and Knowledge to the modern world in which we live so we create this service, for me it is a pleasure to serve and show my Mayan culture through this experience. That's why I made it a part of my life and home. My family and I serve with love.

As an avid cold exposure junkie, freediver, and breathwork teacher, Kevin believes in cold exposure as a tool for healing and improving our bodies. Kevin, Sarah, and their team teach folks how to use their breathing and the cold to manage things like stress, anxiety, and depression. Kevin began practicing breathwork and ice baths when he was in a deep depression. Both practices pulled him out of depression in a very short time. Since then, he has been teaching breathwork in North and Latin America to students, adults, and business owners. He has numerous breathwork certifications and studied with breath expert and best-selling author, James Nestor.
