On the tenth and last floor of a modern residence, with elevators and swimming pool, private apartment facing the ocean and El Saladar Natural Reserve: one of the last remaining areas in the Canary Islands to host plants able to survive the high tides and many kinds of birds, squirrels and other animals. Bright, renovated in July 2015, 40 square meters, consisting of: living room with a comfortable sofa (bed-sofa opening with a single action, dimension 140x200 cm); fully equipped kitchen area (electric hob, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, Italian and American coffee maker, escale, ); furnished terrace overlooking the ocean with table chairs and de k hai; confortable double bed in separated area with wardrobe and smart TV; bathroom with shower. It includes: WiFi, 2 smart TV in living room and in sleeping area (channels in Spanish, German, English), safe-deposit box, washing machine, electric iron and ironing board, pots, dishes, sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, air conditioning. It is designed to accommodate 2 people, possibly with children (maximum 2). The building is equipped with elevators, but you have to take the stairs for the last floor.

You rent the upper apartment with private roof terrace. On about 80 square meters of living space there is a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has shower and bathing facilities. A cozy large semi-shaded terrace invites you to linger. From the roof terrace you have a sensational view of the coastline and the place Jandia with its beautiful lighthouse and the long sandy beach. A wax machine is available. The pool is used by the lower apartment if it is rented out.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

This apartment was FULLY renovated in June 2025, combining comfort and smart design. A sliding door separates the sleeping area from the spacious living/dining space, which features a comfy sofa, 36" TV, and modern kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, and kettle. The minimal, modern bathroom includes a large shower and washing machine. Enjoy meals at the simple but cozy table for two—or head to the balcony with ocean view, complete with umbrella, table, and two comfortable chairs.

Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. And at night-time, you can feel yourself part of the universe, immersed in dozen of constellations.

The bungalow is 98 m² and has just been extensively and very high-quality renovated. It has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room, a kitchen and is very tastefully furnished. A large, secluded indoor terrace with a large Jacuzzi, loungers and a seating lounge area invite you to linger. In the living room and bedroom you will find a flat-screen TV with German/international TV and radio programs.

Villa Fenice is located just a few minutes walk from the white sandy beach in a well-kept and quiet residential complex, in the top row. The living room is approx. 49 m² and has a Bluray player, TV, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large inner patio (28 m²) with private pool (17 m²) with jet stream and underwater spotlight is equipped with parasol and teakwood furniture.
