This gorgeous house is located in a private gated community called Pedregal de La Paz with an amazing ocean view. The community has a tennis court and a small soccer field. The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”. The famous Malecon de La Paz, where you can walk by the sea and visit restaurants of all kinds, is 3.3 kms. away. Ideal for families! One master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom with a bathtub and it`s own balcony with a breathtaking view. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and it`s own bathroom. One with single beds and the other with queen size and single size on top. In the living area you can expect a full kitchen, dining table, a comfortable living room so you can rest and appreciate the view. There is a door for a lock off room that is always closed.

Te puedes ir a pie (5 minutos) al paseo costero (Malecón) y disfrutar de un atardecer como en pocos lugares los verás.
