Luxury modern condo with beach toys included!

Enjoy this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom deluxe condo with amocean views located on the 14th floor of Verano tower. Big screen TV's are in each room and the master bed has a private bath. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. The unit has a dedicated Netflix account. We have stocked the unit with a full kitchen including blender and a margarita maker. Beach chairs, pickle ball ice chest, snorkel gear, towels, boogie boards and beach balls are provided for your enjoyment.gear

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Encantame Towers is the newest most desirable resort in RockyPoint. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, fully furnished and equipped. Everything is brand new and tastefully decorated. You will not find a better place to stay to enjoy your vacation. The views from this 3rd floor are breathtaking. Huge infinity pool with swim-up & jacuzzi right on Playa Encanto where you will enjoy the most beautiful beach in this area without reefs/rocks, high security and Private beach atmosphere for relaxation.
