Vacation rentals in Playa Holbox

Gran lugar para quedarse en holbox, cerca para llegar al centro a pie, y al otro lado de la isla (punta cocos) también. Cuenta con todas las necesidades para pasarlo bien. Santiago (quien nos recibió allá) MUY atento para ayudarnos con todo lo que necesitamos y más. Muy recomendado

We visited Isla Holbox about few months back and stayed at a nearby hotel. It was our favorite part of the island. We were so excited when we found this villa literally 1 block away from the same hotel we stayed at. It was almost like we stayed at our favorite hotel again, but this time in an immaculate villa. Our favorite thing to do during the day is lounge on the beach- there are many nearby beach clubs just steps away from the villa that you can stay at all day with a minimum consumption price per person. So so convenient. Gabriela our host was absolutely amazing!! She did not hesitate to help us anytime we needed and she got things done with a snap of the finger. We asked to rent bikes- they arrived to the villa within minutes. Since time was of the essence to make our flight home, she even booked us a private boat for 2 people to head back to Chuiqila that only cost a little bit more than 2 tickets on the ferry. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

It is a great property, simply decorated and yet with everything you need. The house is spacious, its three rooms have good bathrooms and comfortable beds and the AC works well (only in the three rooms, not in the common areas, which is a bit tough on hot days). The house is off the beaten track and at the same time only 4 minutes away from a beautiful beach and 100m away from a convenience store. We had a great time and would happily recommend this unique house in Holbox!

The Casa Giraluna was a great place that met our needs completely. Its an artsy pirate home and as a single woman travelling with two kids and a dog its was excellent. Its durable, comfortable, safe, fairly private and had all the amenities needed aside from A/C and laundry. However, there were fans, a lot of windows and a great breeze that was very comfortable regardless. The lagoon is beautiful to bird watch and catch the golden hours. The rooftop is a cool feature too! The kids loved the unique artsy features of the place, it feels like a beachy pirate home! I arrived very sunstroked and tired from our travels and Carlos was very kind and welcoming, I appreciate the hospitality! All in all it was great and comfy. My only draw back was that the smell of the lagoon occasionally wafted in which was potent but expected. As well a few mosquitoes! If you are prepared mentally for an authentic jungle stay (bring a little bug spray) this place is awesome. 🤩

An Unforgettable Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house hosted by Sonia and Rene, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sonia, Rene and their exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The property itself is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rene and Sonia for being such wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay truly special. They were always available to provide suggestions and recommendations for our trip. And a special thank you to our Chef Rangel by far best chef I’ve had in all my trips.

Es un lugar muy bonito y cómodo con todo lo necesario para quedarse unos días! Hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Paulina y Vale, que ayudan a Julio con el airbnb, fueron súper atentas, nos enviaron muchas recomendaciones de lugares para comer y desayunar, así como teléfonos de taxis y nos ayudaron a reservar uno para nuestro regreso. Nos vamos muy contentos, gracias!!

Great little AirBNB... RIght in the middle of everything with a helpful doorman. We got an early check in and a late check out which is always appreciated. We liked the partnership with Nana Beachclub where beach chairs are included. Nice perk. Water refilled daily and towels swapped out when needed. Would definitely recommend!

If you’re going to Holbox, don’t hesitate to book with Casa Tom Tom. The upstairs room with the terrace is just gorgeous. The pool was so refreshing on a hot afternoon. Her place is super close to everything and yet feels so special and apart. She even helped us book an amazing massage. Most of all loved talking with her and other guests. Minerva’s breakfasts were from heaven! Only wish we had stayed longer!!

Todos se portaron excelente desde el momento en que hice la reservación. En especial Karina nos brindó su apoyo en todo momento tanto para que nuestra llegada fuera fácil y durante la estancia. La zona es bastante bonita, la playa una verdadera belleza. Las vistas del departamento son increíbles, tal cual lo anuncian. Algo que no tiene nada que ver con el alojamiento, es que si faltan restaurantes buenos en la Isla. Pero la gente es súper atenta.
