Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Plazhi San Pietro

My husband and I spent two wonderful days here. The accommodation is in a very convenient location — close to the bus station and not far from the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s worth noting that to get to the beach, you need to cross a railway line. There is a pedestrian bridge available, although it doesn’t appear on the map, which might make it seem further than it really is — in reality, it’s very close and easy to reach. There are also plenty of fish shops and restaurants nearby, which adds to the convenience and charm of the area. The house itself fully matched the description: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. We were very happy with our time here. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality — we truly appreciate it and wish them all the best!

Ottimo alloggio, situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Nei dintorni si trovano i servizi di base, piccoli supermarket inclusi. La casa è esteticamente ben arredata, con letti comodi e zanzariere alle finestre (particolarmente apprezzate, considerato che la zona è abbastanza infestata dalle zanzare). Il luogo inoltre dista pochi chilometri in auto da Durazzo. Con Ina ed Elio la comunicazione è stata ottima. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono mostrati sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio!

An amazing experience ,,, A very nice home with a lovely garden Cosy and super clean ,,, Garden is elegant as well as every thing in the house ,,, The neighborhood is quite and the beach is within a walking distance ,,, Big cafe and bar by the beach with variety of choices ,,, Supermarket is near around 3 mins walk where u could find most of the needs pulse daily Fresh bread ,,, Many activities and games for kids ,,, Another beach bars and restaurants in the area around ,,, And the most important part is the host He was supper helpful and kind provided me with info in advance and has done his best to guarantee our pleasure ,,, My family and I had a great time in the flowershome Definitely we gonna come back ,,,, Highly recommend it ,,,,

The apartment is great. Don't let the exterior of the building fool you because the apartment is well equipped and tidy. You might have a little trouble with parking because it is tight and always busy but it was free for me. The host Albi is quick to respond.

Wir sind erst sehr spät am Abend in Tirana gelandet und haben deshalb nach einer Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Flughafen gesucht. Uns hat die Unterkunft und auch der Kontakt zur Familie so sehr gefallen. Wir haben deshalb bereut nur eine Nacht geblieben zu sein. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden euch raten länger als nur eine Nacht zu bleiben.

We were happy to spend time at this villa, which felt like at home. Area is very secure and quiet. Beach is 2 mins walk with some good places to eat. Kitchen was full of all possible amenities, including some free snacks and coffee. Internet service was great. Communication with host was very smooth and friendly. We would highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy Albania!

Heerlijk ruim huisje in alle rust. Een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en ook op loopafstand een heerlijk restaurant aan zee. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en raden het ook echt aan!

The house was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group. It’s in a great location, just a short and easy walk to downtown Golem. The town was quiet during our stay, but you could tell things were starting to pick up. The nearby mosque could be a little loud at times, but it wasn’t disruptive and added to the local charm. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, and a great bonus was the hotel next door, which not only offers stunning views but also makes excellent pizza—and they deliver right to the house! Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we’d absolutely return.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit direkter Lage am Strand. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht im Hochsommer dort Urlaub machen möchte. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und das Meeresrauschen durch die Fenster zu hören. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppen keine Geländer haben. Wir waren Anfang April dort und das Nachbarhaus neben dem Pool ist aktuell eine Baustelle, deshalb gab es tagsüber etwas Lärm. Das Haus verfügt über Außenmöbel für den Poolbereich und für die Dachterrasse. Der Check-in war einfach und der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um Hilfe gekümmert.

Todo perfecto. A pocos pasos están todos los restaurantes y la playa pública. Las Privadas también y para movernos por el país fue perfecto. Durres nos gustó bastante más que Tirana.

Villa très agréable, située à 30 min à pied du centre de Tirana. On a apprécié l’espace, la piscine, le garage privé…Kevin et Taulant ont été très réactifs suite à une panne de Climatisation. Très bons conseils de la part de Kévin concernant les restaurants, le TYMI, par exemple, très bon et déco très originale. Merci encore à Kevin et Taulant. Hervé

Beautiful and modest house, very close to the beach and multiple stores nearby. The host daughter spoke to us and always responded quick. Pool was bigger than expected and many chairs near it to chill. Amazing stay!

It was a very beautiful Airbnb, right in front of the beach. The host was really helpful and cooperative. I will recommend this place to stay whenever you visit Durres.

Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze, jak zresztą wszyscy Albańczycy, których spotkaliśmy w ciągu pobytu. Mieszkanie posprzątane, wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty dostępne. Prysznic lekko przeciekał, ale ręczniki były regularnie wymieniane, więc to nie był problem. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce, zwłaszcza za tą cenę.

Alban and his family are extremely kind and always willing to help you with just anything. It is a real hardworking family and I hope not only my own family but also other visitors will appreciate their true kindness. He drove with me to the airport to pick up my children and if you have any questions he willbe more to happy to help you and give you information about Albania. After staying at Marins place the first time , we decided to stay here again for a week . This pleace is super clean and tidy . You have everything you need and in great condition. The area is very peaceful and nice . The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, they always came to our help, and made our stay in Tirana much easier . Totally recommend! Great friendly environment! It was lovely to stay in this studio apartment in the peaceful garden of a super friendly Albanian family. Drane prepared a local meal for us and gave us lots of treats! It's a good base for the local area - we explored lots but also walked into the local town and enjoyed coffee in the square :)

Super cozy apartment for a long stay, a couple of things to keep in mind tho - there is a private yard right below the apartment, so get prepared to wake up to chiken wishing you a good morning in the loudest way 😅 Kitchen was equipped with everything you may need to prep a meal, lots of dishes and utensils to use so it was great. The bathroom could use some renovating since there was some mold in the shower + some random appearing small insects. Bedroom was fine, lots of spaces to keep your things at (one wardrobe door is missing tho, lol). All in all, the location is perfect and the apartment was totally worth the money. So despite the small room for improvement, would totally recommend staying here!

Die Unterkunft ist herrlich am Hang einer kleinen Bergkette gelegen. Nicht so ganz einfach zu finden, aber wenn man es einmal weiß, ist es kein Problem. Allerdings muß man schon motorisiert sein. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht. Viele Fenster haben Mückengitter, so dass man Nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Ein großer Supermarkt ist ca. 4-5 km entfernt und bietet alles was man braucht. Und wenn man nicht weiter weiß, kann man Ajni anfunken. Er weiss einem dann immer zu helfen. Eine kleine " negative " Anmerkung möchte ich dennoch machen : auf Grund der teils in der Höhe unterschiedlichen Stufen, die man nehmen muß um ins Haus zu gelangen, ist diese Unterkunft für Menschen mit eingeschränktem Gehvermögen, Gehschwächen oder gar für Rollstuhlfahrer meiner Meinung nach weniger geeignet. Trotzdem ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
