It's a space filled with serenity, fresh air, and greenery-perfect to unwind. A large, fenced area allows you to enjoy the freedom and proximity of nature. The entire house is exclusively for you - no one else will be living in the house. We also offer a place to start a fire with a griddle - to be determined

Our property is a complex of 3 buildings, two of which have been completely renovated and adapted for a year-round stay. The cottages are sheltered from the outside world by a sealed tree wall, behind which on one side there are floodplains, where you can observe different species of birds, such as a goose, black heron, or ducks. On the other hand, trees form a forest wall that abounds in delicious mushrooms, serenity, and a touch of mystery and harmony.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Guest Rooms Pod Świerkami, which are located on a hill on the right bank of the Warta River, from where you can see most of the attractions of our town. From our windows you can see both the fourteenth-century Gniezno Archbishop's Castle with its surrounding park, the Thermal Complex, the Knight's Castel and the Gothic Collegiate.

Uroczysko Warta offers a private beach and various accommodation options where a patio is provided. All accommodation options are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a terrace and a shared bathroom with a shower. There is also a fridge, stovetop, and kettle. You went perfectly :) A year-round house in Zimotki on the water reservoir Prykona near forests is a great place to relax by the water in the summer season and go mushrooms in the fall. :)
