Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Dorset family 4 bed home for beach and forest

This is our holiday beach home. We visited the area for the first time in the summer of 2021 (having never heard of Southbourne before). We loved the area and decided to buy here. The home is designed to suit our family (with two young children aged 8 and 9). As soon as we saw Southbourne, we felt 'at home':- loved the community feel, location, convenience to both transport and the beach, shops and restaurants. We hope you have a relaxing time in our home and love it too.

Whole Annexe in Southbourne, Bournemouth

Our annexe is accessed via a side gate to our home at the end of a pretty path. It is a large, bright, secluded detached building within our garden. It is West facing so is always bright and welcoming and has patio doors onto a private deck with garden rattan furniture where you can sit and relax listening to the waves. A perfect location for a break at the sea. We are very well situated for all local amenities. There is free parking right outside and space is always available.
