Flavio hat von sich aus sehr proaktiv kommuniziert, was den Check-in deutlich vereinfachte. So war es auch kein Problem, etwas früher einzuchecken. Seine Mutter hat die Schlüssel übergeben und alles noch einmal gezeigt. Auch wenn sie nur Italienisch sprach, funktionierte die Kommunikation. Grundlegen war die Wohnung schön gelegen und ruhig. Einziger Mangel ist, dass einige Dinge wie Fensterlädenbefestigung, Gardinenstange, Toilettendeckel oder Bett mal wieder neu befestigt werden müssten. Aber das minderte nicht den Aufenthalt.

We stayed at Francesca‘s place for the holidays. Veronica, the local guest coordinator, was there to welcome me and my dogs and was available for any questions I had. I was surprised by the size of the apartment as it was a lot bigger than I expected. We had a good time for our holiday getaway to disconnect. I am sure this place is even more amazing for summer holidays. Definitely recommend.

Superbe séjour dans un appartement 6 étoiles !!! Francesco a pensé à tout , tout est impeccable et agréable à l œil , il a plein de petites attentions pour les hôtes qu il sait très bien recevoir. Il s adapte à nos horaires et donne de précieux renseignements de transports. Tout est de plus à proximité, centre ville vieille ville comme supermarché et magasins Excellent séjour !!!!

Antonella is a great host. As my wife and I arrived in Civita, Antonella was waiting for us in the main square and, after we met, brought us to her place (we drove there following her car, don’t trust Google Maps). The room we stayed in is very spacious, and the balcony has table and chairs, from where I really enjoyed morning sunbathing while contemplating the amazing landscape. You can see, the whole village, the rocky cliff (timpa del diavolo), the Raganello gorge and the sea. Breakfast is served in a cozy room with one single table in the centre, so all b&b guests are sitting together and every morning I had some really nice conversations with other travellers. Antonella prepares breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, one day we were even served fresh ricotta cheese made by a local shepherd, so delicious!

Brand new 2bed/2bath remodel in classy building. Rooms are huge and the tile floors and bathrooms are stunning. The main street is half a block south--it's pedestrians only all the way down to the city center. Half block other way are the recycle bins. Stayed five nights. Our bad American habits of turning on everything at once doesn't work in an old building. ;-) Super great communication. We decided we'd like to live in this apartment and in this city, everything was just so impressive! Highly recommend.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations.The outdoor area’s were a bonus and there was everything you could need if you wanted to self cater.The position of the apartment was perfect, close to public transport, close to the supermarket and close to the centre of town.Air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge was great as the weather was quite warm.The washing machine was an added bonus.The best part of the stay was the care shown by Stefanie and her mother to make sure we enjoyed our stay.I would highly recommend this accommodation.Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Appartamento finemente arredato fin nei minimi particolari, pulizia impeccabile, avevamo tre bambini piccolissimi che hanno gattonato per tutto il tempo e il pavimento era pulitissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata, la signora Maria Antonietta gentilissima, ci ha fatto usare la lavatrice per emergenza. Consigliatissimo per posizione, comodità e pulizia.

Perfect in every way! Alessandro met us at the plaza near the apartment and spend about an hour helping us with our luggage, giving us a tour of the apartment and tips on where to find essential items locally. When we had a problem with the wifi he brought special tools and fixed the connection immediately. By the time we left we considered Alessandro a friend. And the apartment was the nicest and most affordable one we have ever rented on Airbnb. In addition to being a beautiful modern space, it was stocked with all of the essentials you would possibly need for cooking, bathing and laundry. While we enjoyed Rome, Naples, Ostuni and Matera, it was a treat to escape the crowds of tourists and enjoy a quiet, historic, southern Italian town. We could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Alessandro's apartment if you're planning to visit this part of Italy.

Davvero gentilissimi. La casa è in un’ottima posizione nel centro storico. Casa molto bella e tenuta benissimo

Ho scelto questa struttura in base alle mie esigenze, ossia un posto tranquillo, non necessariamente sul mare, ma con piscina. La location zona piscina è veramentete accogliente e ben organizzata. La tranquillità l'ho trovata complice il periodo. La spiaggia si raggiunge attraversando la strada ma è da evitare, è praticamente vista porto di Taranto. C'è il parcheggio interno anche se piccolo. le strutture della villa sono ben curate esternamente, mentre gli arredi interni sarebbero da aggiornare. Per il resto tutto bene, cordiali e disponibili la signora Leyla e il suo collaboratore .

Very very nice place with an incredible view. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is peaceful and full of charm, ideal for anyone wanting to experience authentic southern Italy away from the tourist crowds. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway!

Qs vacanza ci ha scaldato il cuore! L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Maria e Tonino, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Lo scopo del viaggio sul Pollino erano i pini loricati, e l'alloggio é stato un perfetto punto di partenza per le varie escursioni. L'appartamento è estremamente pulito e silenzioso. Si trova sulla piccola strada principale del paese, abbellita da murales e ha nelle vicinanze tutto il necessario, bar, alimentari e panificio. Maria é una cuoca eccellente e ci ha fatto trovare una enorme crostata da sogno! La vacanza é stata breve ma intensa, ci porteremo nel cuore le immagini di luoghi meravigliosi insieme al calore e ai sorrisi delle persone che ci hanno accolto. Grazie!

Luigi è un host preciso e veloce nelle comunicazioni. Il suo appartamento è accogliente, centrale e fornito di ogni strumento, se ne avrò occasione ci tornerò.

He spent time orienting us with the area and provided a generous selection of local delicacies. An unobtrusive host with a meticulously appointed property. Siamo stati benissimo. L’appartamento è molto carino, immerso nel verde, e in un’ottima posizione per visitare la zona. Si può parcheggiare l’auto nella proprietà. Sara e sua mamma sono estremamente gentili e disponibili.

Appartamento in zona strategica, in circa 30 minuti raggiungi Ceglie, Francavilla Fontana, Taranto e tante altre località. Comodo parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri da casa. Pulizia della casa impeccabile e ottimo gusto nell’arredo.

Hands down the best Airbnb i've ever visited!!! Cristina is some kind of angel - helped us with every little thing and took care of us like our own mother. She has the best taste- the apt is fully lighted and designed wonderfully, had everything we needed and much more. The space is super super clean, central and calm. We are traveling with a baby and the apt is perfect for that by all means. I wish I could thank Cristina one day for all that she has done for us!!!

The living room and the terrace are great. The lots of candles allow for an easily set-up atmosphere.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia famiglia.Devo dire che già il primo impatto è stato ottimo, dal momento stesso della prenotazione così come al nostro arrivo, ho trovato una disponibilità e una cura del cliente, davvero impeccabili. La struttura pulita e confortevole per una famiglia di 4 persone come la nostra, così come tutti i servizi coerenti con quanto descritto. All’interno della struttura( tutta nuova) non mancava niente, così come è molto comoda la posizione nel pieno centro del paese a pochi km da Taranto o da Martina F. Consiglio altamente questa struttura e il suo host davvero professionale e super disponibile,ci rivedremo sicuramente.
